NUDE YOGA · BREATH · PRESENCE

Come home to your body.

Come home to your sanctuary.

Nude yoga, breathwork, and somatic movement in a space where you can soften, root down, and arrive exactly as you are.

Nothing to hide, Nothing to fix. With my breath I am home

WHY WE PRACTICE NUDE

Nothing to hide. Nothing to perform.

We move through life guarded, often using our clothes to build personas that hide and protect us. At Sanctuary, we shed our clothes to consciously enter vulnerable, as we are. Not changing. Not hiding.

Here, we celebrate the beauty of our bodies, exactly as they are.

WHAT IS SANCTUARY

A container for coming home to yourself, and to each other.

Sanctuary is where you arrive as your whole self. Here, we use breath, presence, and movement to explore, heal, and connect as a community. This is a container for transcending what has held us back and discovering a gentler, more fulfilled way of living.

01

Breath

Your breath is the doorway. We slow down, listen in, and let the nervous system remember it’s safe.

02

Presence

Nothing to fix, nothing to prove. We practice meeting ourselves and each other right here, right now.

03

Movement

Movement is for every body. We move for freedom, not perfection, and let the body lead the way home.

YOUR GUIDE

Meet Phillip

I’m a dancer, yoga teacher, and somatic facilitator with a BFA in Dance Performance and over 1,000 hours of yoga training. I teach not for perfection but for freedom: the discovery that we can inhabit our bodies with ease and practice how we want to show up in the world.

Technique is a tool. Investigation is the work. And belonging is already here, waiting for us to notice.

Come as you are.

Your mat is waiting. So is your community.
